At PXG, we stand behind our high-performance golf equipment and apparel with a commitment to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email to ensure secure tracking of your parcel.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and golf clubs are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
